Meet Christy
I didn’t come to this work through a straight path.
I came to it trying to understand why my life felt so overwhelming. I didn’t even have a husband or kids to manage—it was just me, and on the outside, everything looked great. But on the inside, I was running on empty.
Part of what I didn’t understand at the time is that I’m neurodivergent, so I was navigating a much louder, more reactive internal world than most people.
I was quietly holding everything together with scotch tape—career, home, fur baby, decisions, emotions.
Until my body made it clear: this wasn’t sustainable.
In an effort to “fix” myself, I invested heavily in understanding my inner world—therapy, trauma work, nervous system regulation, even plant medicine ceremonies.
I tried it all. Some of it helped. Some didn’t.
Over time, I focused on what actually worked. And behind corporate America’s back, I earned certifications in neuroscience, neurodiversity support, hypnotherapy, Reiki, and sound healing—and read hundreds of books along the way.
That’s when it clicked:
There was nothing to “fix.”
And the goal wasn’t to eliminate anxiety.
It was to learn how to work with my life instead of constantly reacting to it.
To move from dysregulation back into a state of safety.
After a decade and over $100K invested in this journey, I realized something: there’s a more direct path.
And it would be a disservice not to share it with other women struggling just like I did.
